Beware of Knock-Off's - Our Commitment to Consumer Protection

In 1965, the Japanese Health and Welfare Agency approved electrolysis water devices as medical equipment. In 1987, Enagic was awarded this recognition.

On the heels of our success, many companies in Korea and Taiwan have manufactured imitations of our product for sale around the world. If you are planning to purchase one of these machines, please research the quality and effectiveness of the product. Many of these machines have mesh plates, which are inferior to solid plates, this is also why something called switch mode is used, not to burn the plates. Hence the effect of these machines will not come up to the standard that Enagic is setting.

Beware of knock off's trying to sell machines claiming they are better than Enagic's machines and at the same time use this inferior, cheap technology.

They are using Enagic's prestige to be able to sell their products at all.

Enagic's devices are licensed medical devices and have been granted a license number by the Japanese Ministry of Health and Welfare. These machines are manufactured in Japan and are sold in different parts of the world.

 

I don't know any of these other companies selling their machines to have Japanese approval or even the recognition in their own country as a medical device.
